Haineslink is our online portal powered by our talented Account Executives. Its purpose is to create a seamless recruitment process for all our clients. Haineslink is integrated with various applicant tracking systems, enabling our client's advertisements to be sent through from their end at the click of a button. From an impressive media selection to consolidated invoicing, it's our clients' one-stop shop for everything recruitment advertising!

Our clients each have a designated Account Executive who manages all of their recruitment advertising through Haineslink. Our Account Executives work to a four-hour turnaround time. Haineslink keeps track of when the advertisement was sent through and the time remaining to get the advert live, so they can guarantee their clients will receive a quote for their advertisement within this time.

The University of Otago says “We can quickly post roles to multiple media from one source and one point of contact. The Haines Account Executives go out of their way to help us obtain quotes, provide advice and follow up on the success of campaigns.” Quoting takes into account SEEK's variable costs that change on a daily basis depending on demand. Quotes are sent through HainesLink directly to the client to approve. Once the approval comes through, the Account Executive will be alerted by HainesLink that it's time to go live!

HainesLink allows our Account Executives to process over 500 jobs a week, dispatching onto media platforms all around the world. Haineslink is integrated with two of the most used recruitment advertising platforms in New Zealand - SEEK and Trade Me. This avoids all manual dispatching of the advertisements as HainesLink has the ability to send advertisements directly to these sites. Once the Account Executive sends an ad through the HainesLink feed, the advert will appear live on the chosen site. If there are any changes the client would like to make, they can log into Haineslink and view their active jobs. This is where they can make the changes in HainesLink and the changes will pull through to either Seek or Trade Me. This creates a consistent, efficient process, with visibility for our clients to easily view and keep track of all advertisements. The University of Otago says “It's a great central point to keep track of all our vacancies on the go and an easy system to update any changes or reuse advertisements from the past.”

Each month, the client will receive consolidated invoices through HainesLink. Fletcher Building says “Having HainesAttract as our Billing Partner allows our group account with SEEK to be invoiced at business unit level. This makes life much simpler from an administration and invoicing perspective. As we have 30 different business units that fall under the Fletcher Building umbrella, it's crucial that each business unit is to be invoiced individually for their spend. One of our favourite things about HainesLink is the accuracy of invoicing.”
